The service
ForOccasion lets you create digital greeting cards, event invitations, and personalized songs. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for the email and password you use, and for the celebration details you save. Do not use the service for anyone you do not have the right to contact or depict.
Your content
You keep rights in the messages, photos, and voice notes you upload. You grant us a license to store them and to send them to generation providers so we can produce the card or song you requested. You must have permission to use any photo or voice recording you upload.
Generated work
Art, lyrics, and songs are generated for your personal or event-sharing use. Do not use the service to create harmful, illegal, or infringing content. We may refuse or remove generations that violate that rule.
Plans and credits
New accounts include a free card so you can try the full flow. Extra cards, songs, and bundles use credits. Premium subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page at checkout. Unused subscription credits do not represent cash.
Sharing
A share link can be opened by anyone who has it. You choose who receives it. We do not list private gift pages in search results.
Availability
We aim to keep the studio reliable. Generation depends on third parties and may fail or take longer than usual. The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what the law requires.
